A family of hand-sized ashtrays designed for movement and sharing.
Each piece fits in the palm of your hand and holds the cigarette
securely in place, so it can be passed on without worry.
MM-magic world
A soft, playful world of mushrooms and small gnomes — pieces that feel like
they’ve stepped out of a forest story. Sculptures, little guardians for shelves,
altars and window sills.

A practice rooted in touch & rhythm
Each piece goes through several stages — from raw clay to finished object —
each requiring patience, presence and attention to detail. No two pieces are the same.
Shaping
The clay is shaped slowly by hand. The rhythm decides the form —
not perfection, but honesty.
Drying & firing
Once shaped, each piece dries for several days before the first firing.
The transformation is subtle but profound.
Finishing
Surface textures, glazes and tones are chosen intuitively.
No batch is identical.
Intention
Every object carries its own story — shaped by mood, music, season
and the atmosphere of the studio.
How MM’s ceramics show up
Over time, more forms will appear in the studio. For now, the focus is on
ashtrays and cups — with flower pots and vases arriving as the practice grows.
